In order to maintain reasonable prices, we are forced to adhere to a strict cancellation policy. We require all Salon services to be cancelled by noon the day prior to the reserved appointment time. If a client cancels after the allotted time, charges may apply.
We may require a credit card to reserve your appointment. Especially if you book more than one service and for all special event and bridal parties.
Parking and traffic can be difficult on Capitol Hill. We ask all our clients to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment. We will try our best to accommodate you if you run late. However in some cases, it may be appropriate to shorten your service or even reschedule.
